Break up the chocolate blocks and place the pieces in a microwave safe bowl along with the coconut oil. Melt in 30 second increments until chocolate is completely melted.
Add marshmallows, peanuts and coconut and mix until all add ins are covered in chocolate.
Pour the rocky road into the prepared tin and spread evenly using a rubber spatula.
Place in the fridge and allow to set for a few hours until hard.
Lift out of the tin and slice using a sharp knife (it helps if the knife is warm).
