    Ready to plan meals for an entire month?! I thought so!

    This meal plan is designed to help you be organised when it comes to meal times and even prepare some meals (or at least ingredients) in advance so that dinnertime is a breeze. A lot of these recipes can be made in the slow cooker which makes it even easier - just throw everything in, turn it on and come home to dinner.

    Included is a variety of recipes that will keep the whole family happy and most of them are reasonably healthy. I’ve also included tips for shortcuts, days that you should cook extra rice or potatoes to use another night and shopping lists for each week so that you can be as organised as possible.

      these are amazing meals for a nice easy quick meal. have tried most of these recipes and only a few we are not fans of but thats always going to happen.

      This book is definitely value for money.
      Because there are only two of us I was able to easily adjusted the shopping list and meal sizes.
      Having started yesterday, I have only done the One Pan Sausage, Rice and Peas with garlic bread. Very enjoyable with enough leftover for our lunch the next day. The Butter chicken is simmering in the slow cooker as I type.
      The comprehensive shopping list made the trip to the supermarket a breeze.
      My only negative comment is ......I didn't realise until this morning that Saturday and Sunday aren't included in the meal plan. This was my fault for not reading the menu page properly, however in my world, a week has seven days not five.
      Once again its good value for money spent.
