Ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup mango pieces (see note 1)
  • 1/2 cup pineapple pieces (see note 1)
  • 1/2 banana (see note 1)
Instructions
  1. Add spinach and coconut milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add fruit and blend again until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes

1. The smoothie is best if at least 1 of the fruits is frozen - it makes it cool and creamy! I like to keep a snaplock bag of pineapple pieces and another of mango pieces in the freezer at all times so that I can make this smoothie whenever I feel like one!

2. I have scaled this recipe down for 1 - feel free to double it and share one with a friend!
