Add spinach and coconut milk to a blender. Blend until smooth.
Add fruit and blend again until smooth.

Notes
1. The smoothie is best if at least 1 of the fruits is frozen - it makes it cool and creamy! I like to keep a snaplock bag of pineapple pieces and another of mango pieces in the freezer at all times so that I can make this smoothie whenever I feel like one!2. I have scaled this recipe down for 1 - feel free to double it and share one with a friend!
