Ingredients

yoghurt

milk
▢

berries
▢
½
banana
fresh or previously sliced and frozen*
▢

tablespoon
rolled oats
▢
Granola/muesli/sliced fresh fruit e.g. banana
mango, pineapple, berries/seeds/nuts for topping
Instructions
Add milk, yoghurt, berries, ½ banana and oats to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with sliced fresh fruit, granola, seeds, nuts or any extras you like.
Eat immediately.
*If using frozen banana slices you may need to use slightly more milk to help it blend better
