Ingredients

can chickpeas
rinsed and drained
▢

cup
chopped tomatoes
2 or 3 medium sized tomatoes
▢

cup
chopped cucumber
▢
½
cup
feta
about 80g
▢
Juice of 1 lemon
▢
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Add chickpeas to a medium sized bowl and smash them slightly with a fork. Add tomato, cucumber and feta, squeeze in some lemon juice. Season with cracked salt & pepper and serve.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
