regular, almond, soy - anything will work

yoghurt

fresh or frozen

maple syrup
Instructions
Add ingredients into a jar in the order listed.
Screw on jar lid and refrigerate overnight.
Remove from the fridge when ready to serve, stir it up and enjoy.
Servings will keep in the fridge for 5 days.
