This homemade Enchilada Sauce makes dinner time a breeze! Made in the blender, in 5 minutes, it's almost as quick as opening a jar of sauce!

Ingredients

ground cumin

smoked paprika

- 1 tablespoon ground chilli
I only use ¼ teaspoon because we like it super mild...add more depending on how hot you like it

ribs and seeds removed. Again, add the whole thing if you like it hot
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until sauce is smooth,
Use immediately, store in the fridge for 1 week or freeze for several months.
