Ingredients

rolled oats
▢

cup
almonds
▢
½
cup
dessicated coconut
▢

teaspoon
cinnamon
▢
¼
cup
honey
▢
¼
cup
rice bran or coconut oil
Instructions
Add the oats, coconut, almonds & cinnamon to a frying pan and toast over a medium heat for 5-10 minutes until they start to smell good.
Add the oil and honey, stir to combine and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
Remove from the heat, tip the granola onto a baking sheet and allow to cool.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a couple of weeks.
