Layered Apple Crumble Jars

These layered apple crumble jars are the perfect breakfast or dessert! Make a simple oat crumble and add it with equal parts stewed apples (applesauce) and Greek yoghurt to a jar for an easy snack!

  • 1 cup stewed apples (applesauce)
  • 1 cup unsweetened Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup oaty crumble topping (recipe below or use your favourite granola)

Oaty crumble topping:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/4 cup honey


  • Combine oats, cinnamon, chopped almonds & honey and spread on a baking tray. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 15 minutes until crunchy.
  • Spoon apples, yoghurt & crumble topping into 4 jars, layering them nicely.
  • Store in the fridge with lids on for up to 5 days.
