- 1 cup stewed apples (applesauce)
- 1 cup unsweetened Greek yoghurt
- 1 cup oaty crumble topping (recipe below or use your favourite granola)
Oaty crumble topping:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup honey
Combine oats, cinnamon, chopped almonds & honey and spread on a baking tray. Bake at 180°C/350°F for 15 minutes until crunchy.
Spoon apples, yoghurt & crumble topping into 4 jars, layering them nicely.
Store in the fridge with lids on for up to 5 days.
