Instructions
Add the spinach and milk to the jug of a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes on high speed until the spinach is blended with the milk. Add all remaining ingredients and blend on high speed for 30 seconds-1 minute until all ingredients are blended.
Serve immediately.

Optional add ins:
¼ cup Greek yoghurt (or replace ½ the milk with yoghurt)
