A 5 minute recipe for a healthy and delicious spinach blueberry smoothie packed with superfood ingredients that is toddler approved!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1 cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 banana (sliced and frozen will make it extra creamy)
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Add the spinach and milk to the jug of a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes on high speed until the spinach is blended with the milk. Add all remaining ingredients and blend on high speed for 30 seconds-1 minute until all ingredients are blended.

  2. Serve immediately.
