butter

oil

crushed garlic

chopped parsley
fresh or dried
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C
Slice a ciabatta loaf in half length-ways
Using a stick mixer blend together butter, oil & garlic until it is combined and spreadable
Spread generously on both pieces of bread and sprinkle with parsley.
Wrap in tinfoil and bake for 20-25 minutes until the butter is melted and the bread is starting to crisp up.
Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly and serve hot.
