  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dates chopped into small pieces
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  1. Add rolled oats, cinnamon and nuts to a baking dish and stir to combine
  2. In a separate jug, mix together the honey, dates and coconut oil. Microwave for about 1 minute until oil and honey are melted and the dates have softened.
  3. Pour over the dry ingredients and stir thoroughly until the oats are fully coated. Bake at 150 degrees C for 45 minutes, stirring every 10-15 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
