Add frozen banana slices to a blender or food processor and blend until bananas are soft serve consistency. Serve immediately.

Options for freezing bananas:
Peel and slice bananas. Place slices in a single layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper and freeze for 1-2 hours.
Freeze bananas whole in the skin. When ready to use. remove frozen banana from the freezer. Allow to thaw slightly and peel (you may need to use a knife for this) and slice.
