Ingredients

quantity pizza dough
(see recipe note 1)

cup
tomato paste
▢

teaspoon
dried mixed herbs
▢
1
cup
salami/pepperoni
▢
1
cup
chopped mushroom
▢
1
sliced red pepper
▢
1
cup
grated cheese
Instructions
Split the pizza dough into 2 pieces and stretch them out into rectangles.
Place the dough in 2 rectangle baking dishes and stretch it out to the sides.
In a small bowl, combine the tomato paste with the mixed herbs. Spread half the tomato paste mixture on each base.
Top with salami, mushrooms, peppers and cheese.
Bake at 200 degrees C for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Slice and serve immediately.

makes the perfect amount, or use another recipe that would usually make enough for 3 or 4 pizzas
