Beat the winter ills & chills with this cold fighting citrus green smoothie - oranges, lemon, ginger, pineapple & spinach make a delicious healthy smoothie.
Servings: 1 large smoothie

Ingredients
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice you can substitute for extra water
  • 1 orange peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 lemon peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup pineapple pieces frozen is best
  • 2 cm piece of fresh ginger peeled and sliced
Instructions
  1. Add spinach, water & orange juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add fruit & ginger and blend again until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
