15 Minute Stovetop Granola - simple ingredients put in a frying pan and toasted for 15 minutes...this is the perfect base to make it your own!

Ingredients
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup dessicated coconut
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup rice bran or coconut oil
Instructions
  1. Add the oats, coconut, almonds & cinnamon to a frying pan and toast over a medium heat for 5-10 minutes until they start to smell good.

  2. Add the oil and honey, stir to combine and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat, tip the granola onto a baking sheet and allow to cool.
  4. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for a couple of weeks.
