Lemon Roasted Asparagus

  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  1. Pre heat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with baking paper or a silpat liner. 

  2. Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on the prepared tray. Squeeze the lemon juice and drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus and season with salt & pepper and use your hands to make sure the asparagus is evenly coated.

  3. Roast for 15 minutes or until asparagus is cooked to your liking. 

  4. Serve immediately.
