Pre heat the oven to 180°C and line a baking sheet with baking paper or a silpat liner.
Arrange the asparagus in a single layer on the prepared tray. Squeeze the lemon juice and drizzle the olive oil over the asparagus and season with salt & pepper and use your hands to make sure the asparagus is evenly coated.
Roast for 15 minutes or until asparagus is cooked to your liking.
