This banana chai smoothie has all the flavours of a warming chai latte but in healthy, breakfast smoothie form! It's the perfect breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced (frozen if you want a creamier smoothie)
  • 1 cup milk (regular or almond milk)
  • 2 TBSP Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend together until smooth. Serve immediately.
