Ingredients

banana
previously frozen and sliced

almond milk
or any other milk, dairy or non-dairy
▢

cup
rolled oats
▢

tablespoon
peanut butter
▢

tablespoon
natural unsweetened Greek yoghurt
▢

tablespoon
cocoa powder
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
