No Churn Mint Chocolate Chip Ice-Cream

Mint chocolate chip ice-cream - and no ice-cream maker needed! Perfect for the last of the summer days or for St Patrick's Day!
  • 300ml cream
  • ½ tin condensed milk
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract
  • ⅛ tsp green food colouring
  1. Pour the cream into a large bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer and whip it until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add the condensed milk, peppermint extract & green food colouring and mix well with the cream.
  3. Pour into a freezer proof container and freeze overnight.
