Is this not the most perfect Christmas cocktail?? Santa's Little Nightcap is the best drink to leave out for the big man on Christmas Eve.
Remember learning how to make cold brew coffee? Here is where it comes into play. Cold brew coffee + Baileys + vodka + whipped cream and cinnamon = the perfect nightcap. It's creamy, cold, caffeinated and delicious. Great for summer Christmas but the Baileys & vodka warm it up so it would also fit right in up there in the Northern Hemisphere!
Not only is it the perfect drink for Santa to help him get through all of his deliveries, it's also probably the perfect pick me up for tired Mums & Dads who have been up since the crack of dawn! It will see you through the last minute Christmas shopping, it will go well with Christmas music playing in the background while you are wrapping presents on Christmas Eve and I suspect it will also go down a treat when you hit that 3pm slump on Christmas Day. Or serve it with Christmas morning breakfast...it's coffee!
Santa's Little Nightcap is going to be a must drink at our Christmas this year. Lots of night wake-ups are making for one tired Mama who might need a little Christmas cocktail to see her through the most magical day of the year. Plus, seeing as we are expecting Santa himself at our house for the first time, we will be leaving one of these out for him, along with some Christmas cookies!
